The customer care you get from this company is First Class.Even if you have a faulty part just let them know and they will replace the part without question and all you have to do when you get your relacement is pop the faulty parts in the envelope the new parts came in put the free post label on it and put it in the letter box. Other companies you will have to contact them by email wait for them to reply then send your faulty parts back by signed for mail.
They will then check them and only then replace the faulty parts
