It's almost seven weeks now since phoned and spoke to a very helpful member of staff called Emma .. who recommended the classic pen style electronic cigarette for my needs.
It has a long battery life and large cartridge capacity.
I received my first order from e-cigs.co.uk the next day.

Sometimes a fully charged battery for the classic pen style can last me up to 6 hours.
It all depends on your own personal frequency of use. One or two pre-filled cartridge can sometimes last me all day .. perhaps using three batteries in a full day.
I find that the batteries fully charge via a USB or mains charger in around three hours.

As a 40 a day smoker for over 35 years I am delighted to say I haven't smoked my regular Super Kings since a few days after my order arrived. My last pack remains opened with about 16 left in the pack. In my opinion the electronic cigarette is a cleaner "smoke" and you'll be surprised at the throat and nicotine hit you get!

I'm using pre-filled cartridges 1.8% high tobacco .. when they run dry you can top them up with some e-liquid of your choice .. you can easily wash the cartridge fibre out under cold water and dry it in seconds with a paper towel and half fill the cartridge with a mix of your choice and then after you have pushed the cartridge filling back into place top up with a couple of drops of e-liquid.
I like mixing tobacco with cherry. Check out the e-cig forums for more advise on how to use and correctly maintain your electronic cigarette.

If you want to quit smoking altogether .. you could start at 1.8% nicotine e-liquid or cartridges and reduce that to 0% nicotine over a period of time. There are plenty of flavours apart from tobacco to help you get off the tobacco habit!

Best of all .. I no longer spend over £10 a day on cigarettes!

Customer service at e-cigs.co.uk is second to none .. In my opinion they are the John Lewis of the electronic cigarette market in the UK.

Now I don't stink of stale tobacco, I don't get ash all over the rear seats of my car when flicking my old cigarettes out of the window. I'll also save a fortune on interior decorating, as the e-cigarette produces no nasty smelling odours. Say goodbye to nicotine stained decor.
