I've been a customer of e-cigs.co.uk since their startup (knew Simon/Smokester from the forums). The product line is first class and service has been uniformly excellent. I had a problem recently with an out-of-warranty product and mailed returns (without much hope) to see what could be done. Emma resolved my issue quickly with no fuss and free of charge. Outstanding.

Have tried a few different types, but I find e-cigs the best. I only bought this so that I could use it in a hotel room, but now totally use this and love it, no smelly smoke in my house or on my clothes BRILLIANT !! Thank you.
